From day of purchase I had a couple of problems with my machine. Launch Manager and battery not holding charge. Laptop went back to Acer several times and returned " No fault Found " They agreed to give me a larger capacity battery because of my problems. I installed it but still Launch Manager problem. On the eve of taking machine to Plymouth to demonstrate the fault I did another full recovery and the machine has worked perfectly for 12 months. In the past couple of weeks Launch Manager has begun to play up, and also sometimes Outlook Express does not start even though my wireless network is connected. I have tried several things but no good. I see from the forums many people have the same faults, but no one seems to have a solution to the problem.
