Should be fixable if it's just the screen. Be patient trying to find one but if you do the swap out should be pretty easy. Try fleabay. but also try google. I have found sites with parts for dell by using google
That's going to be an expensive part unless you find a deal on a used one. Laptop screens can often outweigh the cost of an aging laptop quickly. Given that it's a T20 you better be looking at a screen that's less than $100.
