I ordered my laptop around 11EST on February 12th. Debit card hasn't been charged yet, but hopefully there aren't any errors with the card/shipping information. I called 1-800-Alienware and they said to give it a day or so. So here I am, at their mercy.

Phase 1 begins.

My laptop:

I'll be adding a 160gb drive in a month or 2. And buying the backpack off NewEgg. I didn't know it was only $68 on NewEgg.

This is going to be a long couple of weeks.

After being in Phase 6 since February 16th, my order has finally moved to Phase 8.

Crossing my fingers. I hope I don't have to wait another 2 weeks for it to move to Phase 9.

I just got a call from Robert at Alienware. He happily informed me that my order has shipped, but at the time he didn't have my order number, but he assured me I'd get an e-mail with the order number later tonight or tomorrow. A few minutes after we got off the phone, I got an e-mail with my estimated delivery date. March 8th. Get here now!

Congrats on the shipment, FCM ... wishing you the best of luck with your new system, and waiting for some nice pictures!

They tried to deliver it today (a day early) but I was asleep, and nobody was home to accept the package.

Tomorrow, I will hopefully have it though. My mom should be home in the morning.
