Windows Vista And The EX7

I see Hypersonic is offering Vista on the CX7 but not the EX7, will the EX7 support Vista or did all of us who spent 4 grand for this laptop last year get screwed???????? I am starting to wish I had never heard of Hypersonic and as much as I hate Dell, I belive I would have come out ahead and save a grand or maybe two by getting a Dell laptop.......I it turns out that EX7 will not support Vista I will be very upset....I am already disapointed with the EX7 performance and heat build up along with Hypersonics way they have their Driver/software support section on their web site........
I am sure I wont be the only unhappy person over this..........I would surely update my review on resellers................
The only reason I havent sent my rig back for warranty service is the horror stories from those who have .........systems getting damaged and Hyper not covering it.......lenght of service time........and the worst of all....wat to many got their back in worse condition...oh and lets not for get thse who had their lost.....and yes the latest complaint......service holding on to the laptop till the warranty has ran out........many people have asked my advice over the last 2 months about purchasing a new laptop (I build their Desktops) and I can only recomend toshiba.....it by far has been the best laptop that we have owned...price...options performance...they beat both Dell and Hypersonic....So they dont have cool case options....for me and folks I know...its not how it looks...its whats unde the hood and how well it performs......

I havent used my Hypersonic in almost 2 months now...I can honestly say I wish I hadnt purchased it....I wish I could put the CPU from my EX7 into my XPS Desktop.....I may place my EX7 ON Ebay......I would take 3 grand for it.......my price after a few more additions was a little over 4 grand......its in top shape...looks like it did when I got it..still have the box and shipping stuff

how can you say this...I dont post here very much in the last 8 months....maybe once a month tops......so your comment makes no sense.... and I am sort of bitching about the EX7......4 grand for a laptop is alot...and I didnt have any of the eye candy options..plain jane case.... ...and if you research most of my post are not bitching but trying to help another person.....or trying to get answers on heat.....cpu idling ect...in which I never got a response that would explain.........go to Resellers.com and read all the reviews there....I gave hypersonic a good rating..b ut I posted it too soon and may have update it........and to be honest...all pc builders have gone to hell with qualty...support and service....well basicaly its not just the pc industry but seems like the whole service industry has gone down the tubes...I remember a time when a business cared about a happy customer...quality merchandise.....top line support and service....but hey they all have the Wal* Mart attitude now.....even one time when old man Wal*Mart sterted it...they did care about quality and happy customers...but he passed and his son only see's dollar signs. Sad thing is we helped this attitude along.....we let companies get away with this for way to many years....we are also to blame for some of the lay-off and unemployment problems in this country..auto makers are laying off tons of workers and plan to lay thousands more off in the next 3 years....why...because most people dont buy american anymore....myself I would never own a rice burner......Dodge or Ford.......no toyota's or nissans in this house.........I try to buy built or made in america whenever possible, ....well theres a little rant for ya.........

Mountain, I would not jump to vista Anytime soon. And when I got my EX7 (2005), I knew what was coming down the line as far as OS. So I bought with that in mind. If I want to make the switch I can, but I wont.

Now that it is out I am not that excited about it and will wait until next January to make the jump. By then I probably will have to get a new machine anyway. But until then its XP all the way.

I run my EX7 an average of 12 hours a day, I have it propped up on 3 20oz pop bottle tops (I use external keyboard and mouse), took the cover off the multi card reader and have had no heat issues what so ever.
