Kind of skeptical about it though.. It was phase 5 a week ago, then went back to phase 3.. then jumped to phaes 5. Then a few days later it jumped to 8.. And the expected delivery date is March 9th. It's only Feb. 15 >.<. Anyways waiting anxiously for my Area-51 ALX =d I'll try to take pics of it once I get it.

Not sure what raptors are. I didn't want media center because I have it on my old desktop and never used it ever. With Vista you can't have dual SLI so I'm going to hold off on that, but I will have the program ready to install when they are ready to use it. Not sure why not 30 inch =d. I'm not worried much about the sound, I'll probably be using headset more while gaming. I have a wireless logitech mouse already on my current desktop which I can transfer to the new one.

Sweet machine you got coming.

Yang was referring to Western Digital Raptors...those are the 10000 RPM Hard drives that offer the most performance/speed and sound cards can immensly help out your sound, with a good set of headphones/speakers.

Yang's just being picky (he's like that, you know)... looks like a nice config. I'm really not sure how much speed performance the 10k raptor gives these days ...

I can also understand starting with XP, then doing the Vista upgrade when it supports SLI ...

With such a nice system, I might have been tempted with the 30" display, but hey...24" is huge, expecially if you've never gamed on one before.

You can always add a sound card later if you want more oomph.
