i just recently bought an acer travelmate 2428AWXMi and even though the laptop is never hot the fan is constantly on from the moment the laptop boots up...i'm NOT tech savvy at all...so i was hoping someone could guide me through using RMClock or notebook hardware control...i.e. tell me EXACTY what to change?
...or possibly another solution this problem.
i originally downloaded RMClock because i googled another problem i was having...the laptop used to make this high pitch humming noise...now that that problem is fixed, i have the constant fan problem!
