Why are Canada coupons so bad compared to US

Dell Insiprion 6400 is one of the few options that i have finally settled in.
Originally I was hoping for the 20% off copon to help me get the laptop i want for the price i want.
Unfortunately, i just noticed that all these 20% off coupons that i see on top of this forum in the sticky are actually Dell US only.
The ones for Canada are either $50 or $100 off.
If i ever find 20% off coupon for Canada, i wont think for a second and buy 6400 right away

I'm running into the same problem -- 20% should be 20%, regardless of the country. What the hell Dell? Loyal customers north of the border!

Its a scam anyway. Dell imposes instant savings a lot here in the U.S. (for good notebooks anyway). So, they list the price at say $3000 and give you $900 instant savings for a notebook that costs $2100. So the 20% off coupons actually make notebooks like these cost more because it takes the 20% off of $3000. Gotta go to class now, not quite finished here though.
