f3ja with core duo--upgradeable to core 2?

I'm about to get an f3ja with 1.66GHz core duo. It's enough for me, but it would be nice to know if that motherboard will take a core 2 chip at some point in the future--and if it is very hard to do. Does anyone have experience with it?
thanks

OOPS, sorry for the misprint in subject line. I meant to say "core duo"

Yes you can, just make sure you have the latest bios. Also since the Core Duo is still a great CPU, I would suggest waiting a long as possible before purchasing the C2D, since prices will drop slowly. Also upgrading the CPU will void the warranty, so you may want to do this after the warranty is done, or when it is just about to be done.

I have a F3JP, with a T5500, when my warrenty runs out i think i'll be upgrading to a T7600 or the next refresh of the C2D. It is due out at the end of the year, only problem is i don't know if it will be compatible, as it is being made for the next centrino platform.
