Hi,

I have been shopping for a laptop for awhile now, and I am very impressed with the M505XL. I've seen it at my Gateway Country store, and I was impressed with its build quality compared to the Compaq X1000, and any other laptop I have looked at.

Anyway, I was wondering where some of you have had a M505 for a few months now, how has it held up? I'm planning on buying this laptop for college, and I really want something durable, that will continue to look new and work for a few years.
