Just bought an ASUS A8JP

G'day all

After having the old ECS G556E for 2 years, I thought it was time to buy a new laptop.

I bought an ASUS A8JP (brand new) at the computer fair and I want to know has anyone tried this model or reviewed it? What's your opinion?

Give me a break. It seemed like a good deal after I've already compared some other models. I've already searched these forums and Google, but I don't get much. I've seen good reviews on SIMILAR models like the A8JS but they have nVIDIA cards.

So, want to write a review? It shouldn't be a bad laptop, certainly a step (or 3) up from your previous ECS. If you have a decided preference for nvidia GPUs, I think you should have held back and gotten the A8JS.

No, there are no mobile Dx10 gpus yet. Give it another few months.
