I purchased a 9860 from pc torque couple years back and it has been working GREAT except that couple of keys on the keyboard broke off and will not pop back on. I'm thinking of sending it out to get it replaced, but i have the warrentec warranty so how would i go about it?
Also im thinking of parting out and selling my 9860. ITs been a great machine but i purchased it to play games and the ability to bring my comp anywhere and have the option of playing high end games but recently i havnt had the time to play any games. How much do you think i could get for it?
