Apparently a site for customers to suggest improvements to Dell, its interesting to see the top 10 ideas or so. The vast majority of them have to do with putting Linux on the machine, or making it compatible with linux, or just not installing an OS.
Also up there is getting rid of bloatware on a default install, Installing Free Software Alternatives (Firefox, Thunderbird, OpenOffice, etc instead of MS), and stop with the offshoring tech support. Ill throw in a call to make the Dells more environmentally friendly just because I personally think that is important to and often gets overlooked
