FS: Hypersonic PentM 7800GTX--WARRANTIED until November 2007

Well, the cursed ebay bid shield scammers ruined my late attempt at an auction, so I'm going to list my beloved machine here among people who can appreciate it.

Specs are in my sig (this machine DOES NOT have the internal TV tuner). Here are pictures













It's like new, except for a handprint on the left palmrest, and a tiny chip on the front left corner. Works beautifully. It really played the HELL out of GRAW, Splintercell 3&4, Quake4, F.E.A.R, you name it. I'm going to miss that 7800GTX--for travel reasons I have to downgrade to a little lappy which has less than HALF the framerate :-(

I'm including the sweet Shaun Jackson "laptrap grande" bag. Very nifty, you'll be the only guy on the block with one, I guarantee.

Also comes with all the standard Hypersonic stuff--standalone WinXP home OEM CD, driver CDs, leather booklet, etc. and of course, the power adapter.

I accept paypal. I will ship anywhere in the USA. I will put it in the mail to you less than 12 hours after I see funds appear in my paypal account.

Reliability--I do not lie, cheat, or steal, nor do I tolerate those who do. I am a US navy officer, for what it's worth.

I'm asking $1,400 for the whole kit and caboodle, shipped anywhere in the USA, delivery confirmation and insured parcel. Or, make me an offer. (It was $2,700 brand new in November 2005--14 months ago!) That's about half the original price for a machine that still works like a charm and is still under warranty.

For helpful purposes, I just went to outlet.dell.com and specced an XPS M170. It has the same CPU, same GPU (except "ultra" instead of GTX, nil difference I think), HALF the RAM, , and XP MCE. It's a scratch-and-dent--not even a refurb! And they're asking $1,919. Unbelievable!

Remember to check out that dell outlet deal--this is five hundred dollars less expensive for a SUPERIOR machine that's still under warranty!

Wish I could friend, but due to work requirements I can really only use something I can fold up and tote around.

Hmm-- interesting offer, but I don't think that's for me. Thanks anyway.
