Best Nvidia drivers M1710 (vista 32bit)

Hello Gentlemen,
I have upgraded to vista 32 bit from my windows xp running the 84.63 nvidia drivers and windows update has automatically installed the WHMQ nvidia drivers (97.46) and i must tell you, i have easily seen a 20% increase in performane.

Amazing, i can now play Age of empires 3 with everythink maxed out and on highest resolution and im on a 7900gtx. As before i had to turn AA off, now i have it on max. These drivers have really performed well.

Just thought id ask if i have missed anythink, are their any currently better drivers then these at the moment that is offereing a small to big margin on performance?

EDIT* hmm strange, since going from xp to vista and changing the drivers, ive noticed a 20% increase in AOE3 and a decrease in performance in Supreme Commander, any thoughts?

Well, unfortunately, your performance is pretty much going to be all over the map until NVIDIA can release a good driver for Vista. This is one of the main reasons that Krayziepop and I have held off (for now) on any MobileForce releases for Vista.

Unfortunately, there's nothing you really can do. I would try one of the 100.xx drivers from LaptopVideo2Go, but again, you may experience some increases in performance for some things, and decreases in others.

100.65?? any difference as Dell's latest driver? 97.xx I forgot.

Is there any tweak can be done??

I'm using 100.59. I tried 100.65 but had texture anomalies while playing Oblivion. 100.59 works fine so far for me. The 100.xx drivers gave me about 1200 more 3dmark05 points higher than the default Dell Vista drivers, so it's a pretty pronounced improvement.
