Vista Ult. Clean install

I found a decent deal on Vista Ultimate upgrade at Costco....37 bux over Business, which I have to have...ok then:

If I do a clean install of Vista, what Acer programs will I need to download...for example launch manager, etc that are of any importance? Does Acer have these available for Vista? or will the XP version work?

I have a Ferrari 4005, stock..

Duh on me. I burned a factory utilties image disk in erecovery Now let the fun begin...
