You get 32-bit, and you're not entitled to 64-bit.
Trust me, though, there is very little reason to get the 64-bit version now. Drivers are a nightmare (They ALL have to be signed, unlike in 32-bit where you can use unsigned drivers), and you still take a performance hit.
The only reason these days to run the 64-bit version is if you really need the extra RAM, and in notebooks that isn't usually a pressing concern due to the insane cost of putting more than 2GB of RAM in most notebooks.
