I have a 5750 and I've had nothing but problems with it starting 2 weeks after I bought it. I got it back in July or August. I've sent it off 2 or 3 times to have the inverter replaced. Now I'm about to send it off for the second time because the system wont charge due to the power brick blinking when it's plugged into the laptop. I know it's not the brick, because my husband has the same brick and it does the same thing. Also, my brick works fine on his.

Sager is really upsetting me. I just got my laptop back Wed and by friday night it was jacked up again. This time the tip melted in the back of the laptop a tad.

I've emailed them demanding a new system and for them to pay for shipping. I have purchased 4 laptops from them and never had a problem. I've also referred numerous people to them. However, with this laptop, and the service I'm getting, I'm getting very angry.

When they sent my laptop back to me, they had done something with my Windows XP install where it was requiring me to reactivate it before I could use it. Problem was, they put their key in and when I tried replacing it with mine, it wouldn't provide me with an installation id for whatever reason. I was completely locked out of my laptop and had to format. That was fine because I was putting vista on it anyway. Now, I've got work files on my laptop I can't access and I have to rebuild my work from scratch.

This is beyond frustrating. It's not even a year old and I've had more problems with this than I have had with all my other laptops combined.
