Hi guys I just managed to install all z96j drivers on my fresh win2k3 install, now I'm being left a PCI device which I can't find it's driver at all

I googled for VEN_1180 and seems it's the Ricoh flash reader but it's already installed , I placed an SD card on the flash reader and had no effect.. so I'm guess there's something going on..
On the other hand the only drivers which seems to install fine are Sertek but my webcam it's not working. this is a shot so guys can see.
