Installing 32 bit applications with Vista 64 bit, how???

I have an old Win 95 program I still use becuase I prefer it & it worked great for 98, 98SE & XP.

Now trying to install it under Visat Ultimate 64 bit it won't let me.

Support for this software, Norton Navigator, has long since been discontinued.

Yeah, I like it better than Explorer.

So how does one install older 32 bit programs under a 64 bit OS?

32-bit programs work just fine

more likely, its actually a 16-bit application, which won't run under 64-bit OS (XP x64 won't run it either, for example)

or possibly, if it is actually a 32-bit app, the installer's probably a 16-bit app
