Toshiba A135-S4417

I'm looking at a Toshiba A135-S4417 but I can't find any reviews on it. can anyone out there tell me if they're familiar with this model and what they think of it?

This model has two cons:

1.- Windows Vista Installed and too many pre-installed demo programs. In IE7, I cannot view the web page of my bank, and I don't know if this is a problem with Vista or IE7. Also, Nero 6 and CDSpace5 don't function with Vista. I installed Office Xp and it works OK (until now).
2.-The battery only last less than one hour and 30 minutes (I deactivate Vista aero and other graphics effects).

In this moment, I trying to downgrade to Windos XP.
