Has anyone got Delorme Street Atlas 2007 to work on Vista?

I have it and installed it on our M170 with XP and everything worked fine. I tried to install it on my M1710 and I get the following error...

[dotnetfx.exe].ServicePack is missing from the Setup.ini file.

This is a fresh install of Vista that was completed about 24 hours ago. I have all the updates for it. So my question is has anyone used Street Atlas 2007 with Vista? Thanks
