No problems such as that here at all. I've been using a27 for about 3 months I think. No problems noted whatsoever. I'm using Vista 64 ultimate btw. XP is a putrid relic of the past :-)

This way it installed the card driver & "mass storage device" icon disappeared on my 4005 and reader started operating. -
Thanks for this, just saved me having to phone Acer on a premium rate phone number to solve this problem.
