I haven’t really seen this kind of thread and I thought it may be a good idea to create one. I am looking into buying some programs for my computer so I want to know what’s out there. What programs do you just have to have on your M1710, or any computer for that matter. I will start off for some I cant do without, these programs usually are installed within hours of a new Windows instillation.

3DMark 06/05
Office Pro 2007
FrontPage
Adobe Photo Shop CS2
WinRar
AnyDVD
Clone DVD
and most of all AI Roboform, if you dont have it, try it!

Now your turn...............

UseNext has a 14 day trial. You need a credit card but it is free if you cancel before the 14th day. You (and others) should give it a try. You can download anything just about, at the FULL bandwidth of your isp. I tried it and I dont know if I can ever go back. In the last 3 days I have downloaded about 25GB of stuff on my 4MB/S connection
