TOTAL = $751 + tax (if any) + shipping
Now why exactly should you get these parts?
CPU/Mobo/RAM combo:
The E4300 works with a 9x multiplier. This means that, to use it with DDR2 667 RAM at 1:1 (333 FSB) the CPU will actually run at 3.0Ghz! This is a very simple overclock, you don’t need expensive DDR2 800 RAM nor do you need expensive mobos (seeing as you’re only raising the FSB to 333Mhz)
If you don’t know how to overclock, don’t worry. This is a very nice and detailed guide that can definitely help you out:

VGA, Case, PSU, HD, DVDRW :
The X1900GT is a great card, and for $120, it’s a steal. Check out this REVIEW or this VGA COMPARISON CHART
The Cooler Master case is a quality piece of equipment at a very low price tag.http://www.pureoverclock.cohttp://ww...eview.php?id=3
The PSU is actually very good for its price, check out THIS review and see it for yourself.
The WD HD is pretty decent, it’s fast (sata2), and has plenty of room (160Gb). If you want/need more storage room, just go ahead and buy a bigger HD.
I chose to spend a few extra bucks on a sata DVDRW because in my opinion, it’s worth it. Your case will be a lot less messy with it, giving it style and better air flow.
Enjoy you new kick ass, cheap rig!
