Built-in SD Card Reader question

Thread Starter
Hey guys.
I got Toshiba Satellite A75-S226 and have a question about the Built-in SD Card Reader.
It won't read my Kingston 2Gb SD card - I hear the sound when I insert the card, but nothing comes up in my computer. The connect3D 1Gb SD card works fine - it comes up in my computer as a sd-drive.

Is there are any limitations on the size or may be I need some new drivers - any ideas guys?

Thanks

Firebird!

I have seen in a couple of different places where people have said their card readers wont read anything bigger than 1G

I was having problems with the 2GB card on my 5205. I upgraded the BIOS and renistalled the SD software (from Toshiba's website) and it still wouldn't work. I took the card out and cold booted and once everything was up and working I inserted the card again. This time it worked and has been, since.
