I've been using this computer for about two weeks. It usally boots right up when I turn it on. Today, it keeps going to a black screen with a flashing cursor in the upper left hand corner. At that point, nothing else happens and no matter what I try, the screen does not change. I've shut it off, tried ctrl - alt - del, recharged it, etc. Any ideas? Thanks!
