Np 5760 Ram Upgrade Question

Hi-

I currently have 2 gb ram and I want to upgrade to 4 gb ram. The manual says the 5760 is upgradable to 2 gb. I see the Clevo 57u (same machine right?) will accept twin 2 gb ram.

Does anyone know if I can install 4 GB ram into the Sager NP 5760? (ya I know xp will only see 3.5 of it, I run Autodesk Inventor, a ram hog!) PS I use the 3/gb switch.

You have to have Vista 64 to be able to actually see anything above 2 gig. So yes if you have 64 bit OS.

Vista will see and use 4 GB, XP will use 3 GB if you use the /3 gb switch...
