Best place to purchase an ASUS A8JS

A friend of mine is gonna get this laptop tonight, possibly from Newegg.com

I just cringe when ppl pull the trigger on a purchase without at least shopping around though, even when its from a great retailer like Newegg.com.



Does anyone have any suggestions on a place to get an ASUS A8JS for a good price?

Newegg is the way to go for notebooks. I buy everything for there unless something I hapopen to really wnat is on special at somewhere like tigerdirect or amazon.

Try eWiz if you are looking to ship notebooks outside the United States. I might buy my Asus A8Js on them.

Hey!
I was going to buy the A8JS, but live in England. I have listed them in another thread ianlg.
However, I have been in contact with ASUS direct, and was informed that the new A8 series will be based on the Santa Rosa platform, with the Nvidia 8600, and will be out in May time. More importantly, in the UK as well!
I, personally am going to wait for that I think as I am in no hurry, but EWiz, proportable, milestonePC, c9tech all deliver to the UK. Just beware import duty/tax ok!

I'm a regular satisfied customer of eWiz, albeit in the U.S. I have bought all my CPUs, memory, and laptops in the past four years from them.
