Replacement Battery

I have looking for a replacement battery for my Alienware 766 15.4 laptop. I was able to find a near perfect replacement at the Uniwill computer web site. it even had the painted cover to match my laptop (Green). I ordered the battery and it fits perfectly however the voltage is 10.8 Vdc while the original battery is 11.1 Vdc.
They are both 8800 mAh and the pin out looks ok. Any Problem using this battery in place of the original?

I think it will just further "under" clock your system (or does the 766 even run on a lower clock speed on battery?)
