you can get transcend and wintec for 5 to 10 dollars cheaper but i went with G SKILL because of their reviews and LIFETIME WARRANTY
depending on what this does to vista, which by any means isnt slow with 1 gig of ram, will decided wether i put XP on. I really dont see any need to put xp on, everything comming out has vista drivers or will soon have and i can run company of heroes maxed out on all settings with AA 6x and AF 16x without lagging at all, keep in mind this is with 1 gig of ram and vista so i think ill just stick with it.
