I am going to be traveling Europe this summer and would like to take a laptop so i can dump my digital pics onto it and access wifi. Now i have settled on an IBM because my small experience with them has been great as far as durability and what not.
I am looking for a small light thinkpad, i really dont care about the specs, it just has to have at least one USB, working LCD/keyboard/touchpad, and a PCMICA slot if it does not have built in wifi. Optical drive is not a "must have" but is a "would be nice" since i have two ultra probables right now that are single spindled i know how to get by without one (i have an Asus S5n [my main computer] and a Toshiba Evo n400c [if i cannot find an IBM ill be taking this with me]).
Oh, and i would like it to have readily available batteries, ie: since most used laptop batteries are dead i can get a replacement easily. And if possible under 3.5lbs.
Any help will be great guys! thanks in advance!
P.S. i like touch pads.... but can live with the pencil eraser. Oh and want to spend around $200.
