What should I do about dead pixles?

Around 6 months ago I got a e1705 from Dell, its been awesome. But in the last week, I got 2 dead pixles, and in the last few days, Ive gotten 2 more, so its getting worse. And on top of that I keep getting BSOD because of some parity issues with my memmory. While playing games textures pull accross the screen and do weird stuff as well, I been told its because my video card is heating up, I dont know if there is anything anyone can do about that, but if theres anything, Id like to get that fixed as well.
Im thinking I should talk to Dell, but I dont want to lose my laptop for any amount of time cuz I use it daily for work.
If I have at home care, what are the chances theyll come and get me fixed up? And does anyone have experience dealing with Dell getting things fixed? Im not the kinda guy to take something back or complain, I hate dealing wiht people about that kinda stuff, but I just got this a while back, it seems a bit ealry for stuff to start crapping out on me.

Suggestions needed!

4 pixels should be enough to get it replaced. call em up and they should have someone at your house to do a switch that takes 10mins.

but since you have more than just a pixel issue, explain everything else to them and see what they offer to do.

if you have at home warranty, make sure they dont convince you to mail it in. insist you paid for at home and they honor it.

they are not that bad to work with. just need patience as they may have you repeat the problem a few times to different people.

Yeah Im gonna call them today then.

*** Hardware malfunctions
Call your hardware vendor for support
NMI Parity check/memmory parity error
*** The system has halted ***

That's FTL. I also started getting big colored blotches on my screen. This is bananas.

Theyre calling me back on Monday to schedule a time to come out and replace the LCD and the RAM. Dell is so awesome.

Great! Another happy Dell tech support story.
Seems people either have a really good Dell experience, or a really bad one.

I am surprised since I thought you had to have 6 or 7 dead?

They were really nice to me about dead pixels too. They replaced my LCD when I had only one stuck pixel.
