Hi!

How does usb speackers works?

Does usb speackers need a suond card or they receive sound in other ways?

They have a builtin sound card, and receive streaming audio via USB. Beware that if they are USB powered they are limited to less than 5 Watts.

First of all, its speakers.

Second of all, the COMPUTER has a sound card, and when you plug the speakers into the port, then the computer's soundcard sends the info to the external speakers.

USB sends only data and power. The 'speakers' are responsible for turning that power and data back into audio. See here.
