light small class laptop barebone

i need for following spec
i have:
2*1GB DDR1 Sodimm PC3200/PC2700
100GB IDE 7200
P-M 1.5 400fsb, i know this one can oc easy to 2.0 with 533fsb

is there a barebone that can take it? i can scratch the cpu get different type... but i need to be small and light...somthing like 14"

if there is discrete video card it will be nice...i dont really like share

i think 915pm chipset with ddr1 support will be nice

Better get this quick while they still have it. It will only take one of your DIMMs, at least you can use your old memory...and it's not that bad a deal for only $399.
