I received the extra battery 2 weeks ago (the one that was "holding up the order").
As to when I ordered, that is an odyssey unto itself. Originally ordered Feb 22. They cancelled that and reordered on Feb 23. They messed something up and cancelled that and reordered on Feb 24. For no apparent reason they cancelled and reordered Feb 25. After continuous pestering on my part as to why I couldn't get a status update (no info whatsoever), they realized that the order was inputted incorrectly so that it was stuck in the netherworld. They cancelled that order and reordered on Mar 3. As that went into so-called production on Mar 5, they stated that the secondary battery was holding up the order so they cancelled yet again and reordered under two seperate order #'s. One for the system, one for the battery (I would "get the system much faster this way"). The battery shipped on the Monday, Mar 8, received Mar 12.
It's most likely via ground as my expected arrival is between Mar 29-31. When I was told that for the battery, it arrived on the last day, not the first. It's going to Toronto as well, not B.F. NWT. I was hoping that they would have shipped overnight, but being on its way is progress enough for me.
