OK, I hope someone here knows about this laptop, since it appears to be available in Asia only or something.
Anyway, the problem is with the heat. I installed Notebook Hardware Control (NHC), as well as Intel's Thermal Analysis Tool (TAT). At idle, with speedstep halving the CPU to around 1Ghz, the temp is 50 degrees celcius. Using TAT to push both cores to 100% workload, the temperature reached to 91 degrees!!! Which was when I stopped the test. I purchased the laptop since I wanted to do some light gaming (WoW, etc.), but am scared to do so since having the CPU running at that temperature can not be good at all! So please, if anyone has any tips I'd greatly appreciate it! Also, I'm not too much a hardware tech, so please refrain from hardware mobs if possible. Thanks in advance!
Laptop Specs:
C2D T7200 2Ghz CPU, 1.5Gigs RAM, 120G 54,000RPM SATA HDD, ATI Mobility Radeon X1600HM.
