E1505 Battery->Into E1705 Laptop

My new 1705 just arrived, and I was looking at the "high capacity battery" labe and noticed it has less Watt Hours than my E1505 high capacity battery. The 1705 had a 80 W-Hr batt, while the 1505 had a 85 W-Hr batt. The batteries are phsycially the same as far as dimensions go and pin outs match up. The both fit into the other laptops, but I haven't powered them up, any else try this before I try to power one up with the opposite battery? I obviouslly would like to use the bigger capacity batt on the bigger laptop.

Dell Battery that came with the 1705 was labeled "TYPE U4873" and the one with the E1505 is a "TYPE KD476"...

I tried putting my gf's e1505 battery into my M1710 (that uses the same battery as e1705, I've tried that...), but it wasn't recognized :-(

For a measly 6% increase in runtime (perhaps an extra 10 minutes on a 3 hour runtime), I'd suggest that perhaps mixing and matching batteries between laptops isn't worth the risks.
