xps m1210 ram upgrade

I've been thinking of upgrading to 2gb of ram for my xps m1210. what exactly should i look for when shopping? obviously for pc25300, but as far as latency, timing, voltage, what gives the best preformence?

Just get standard DDR667 (PC5300)... you can't overclock the laptop so latency timings and such are fairly meaningless, there will not be any appreciable difference. As the previous poster has also alluded to, remember the m1210 only has 2 DIMM slots so you will need 2 x 1GB sticks.
