Just wanted to sound off and give credit where credit is due.
Dell is the first laptop manufacturer to ask the consumer what they wanted in a laptop. There new website, www.ideastorm.com, was created to allow consumers to tell Dell what they wanted and didn't want on their laptops / computers.
If they can pull this off and do what we asked, then I predict their market share will start to go up instead of down.
Way to go Dell. Maybe when you start letting us pick the brand of the LCD that will be installed in our laptops, I'll buy one, but right now, it's a crap shoot and you're just as likely to get a bad one as a good one.
