well, im not sure if this is a problem with the hardware or the software( running windows xp home), but my computer is running super duper slow. this morning i had my computer at home and it ran perfectly, i bring it back to school and turn it on and it starts up at normal speed, but when i get to the desktop screen everything runs horribly. opening folders takes forever; most of the programs i installed, like games, and ms word dont open at all. just about the only things that open are the applications in the control panel, although they take forever too, and sometimes they crap out.
before i bring it to someplace to repair it i was wondering if you guys might know of a possible fix for this.
