A couple of problems.

Hi, I was wondering if anyone could help me.
I am having a couple of issues with my ZE4719ea notebook.
Firstly, the volume and mute buttons on the side do not work anymore.
The light is still on for the mute button but it does nothing when I push it.
Also, when my notebook sceen goes black (assuming it is stand by or something) I used to be able to reactivate it by tapping the touch pad or a key.
Now nothing, all the lights are on but the screen stays black.
I end up having to restart the notebook by holding the power button down.

Any ideas, please????

Also I have just noticed my scroll slide at the side of my touchpad is not working.
I get a scroll bar icon on screen but nothing happens.
And when I turn the touchpad on and off I no longer get the green text on screen telling me so.

Can anyone PLEASE help me?

If I were you I'd reformat and install all my apps, of course make a backup of everything first!. But you know you have to start somewhere to try and fix things and judging from all the problems your experiencing, thats the way I'd go...........Good luck on this!
