XPS Graphics Questions

Did the Gen1 XPS have the option of a Mobility Radeon 9600? Cause theres one on the outlet with a 128 megger 9600. Also can these machines keep up with todays games? THX

Not to my knowledge. They shipped with MR9700 and MR9800, given that the one in the outlet is 128MB then that is the version with MR9700.

It can play todays games, although on low settings if you want a decent framerate... and some of the very newest will struggle.

I noticed that too, Dell outlet either reports them with a 9600 or a 9800,I bet the 9600 is a 9700 so probably just a typo, but serioulsy after owning a 9100/xps they are not worth it, just save up for a used 9300 with a 6800GO they are very cheap now, I got mine for 535 shipped off a second chance offer on ebay and they run so damn cool you wont believe it!
