are lcds from d800/m60 compatible with the connection on a d810/m70 motherboard?

Don't quote me on this, but I beleive the physical connections are the same on both system's LCD cables. The cables themselves however are not the same. I had a customer with a D810 not too long ago that had troubles with the LCD. I recently had Dell ship me an LCD kit for a D810 and included a cable from a D800. The cable's connectors physically fit the screen and the system, but I couldn't route the cable under the keyboard.

so a d800 lcd with a d810 inverter might work?
