Vista Express Upgradw Question

EDIT: I spelled the title wrong: "Vista Upgrade Question"

Hello all!

I am (eventually) going to receive my Vista Express Upgrade, but I was wondering if the licenses are locked to the OEM (Acer in my case.) I got the upgrade with a laptop that had media center, so I will get home premium (free!). It will run terribly on the laptop, so I was wondering if the upgrade can be installed onto my own homemade desktop (non-Acer).

Thanks! -- I have been on order approved for like 2 weeks now, it has to ship soon!

Random1.

PS: Sorry if this should be in the Acer forum.
