Unable to overclock my unlocked 6800Ultra -- am I missing something?

Okay, I just flashed my 6800Ultra with JuanLu's unlocked BIOS (680ULTUN.ROM). I am also using the Mobileforce 97.92 forceware drivers. When I go to the clock frequencies panel, the default settings are 450MHz/2.13GHz. If I increase each slider just 1MHz over and "Test Changes", it will fail and revert back to the default settings. If I downclock it significantly, it will do the same thing as well.

What gives? Does anyone know why I can't OC it at all? There has to be something I'm missing. Thanks in advance to anyone who can help!

BTW, my current core temp is @ 54C, if that matters any.
