Wanting to DOWNGRADE to Windows XP from Vista, What do i need?

I bought a HP DV2310US and it came with Vista Pre Loaded.

Anyways, i am really not liking the whole vista thing and i would like to install windows XP on the laptop.

What all will i need to do? Other then the XP disc, do i just simply go to HP website and download whatever drivers they have for XP and MY model laptop?

then once i install XP, just install whatver drivers i downloaded?

Will i experience any problems downgrading? lose any features on the laptop? etc?etc?

I just want to make sure i am not going to get myself into any huge headaches doing this

That's about it. You will need the drivers for the system... at least the NIC drivers.

Install XP, then install the drivers....

I dont think you will lose any functions of the laptop. The two Acer notebooks that I downgraded work great.. no problems....
