64bit vs. 32bit processing?

What differences will I notice with programs that take advtange of 64 bit processing next to a 32 bit processor?

More or less none, unless you have a full 64 bit system. None of Dell's (or anybody else's) laptops fit that description. If you have to ask, you shouldn't worry about it.

Also there are not many Applications that run in 64 bit yet

Probably a few years away
