Acer 5100 keyboard and mouse not working

Wondering if any one can help. Keyboard and mouse have just died. Tried plugging in USB mouse but still nothing.

i have the same problem, after pluging a mp3 player in usb, the computer freeezed and now keyboard, usb and touchpad not work
did you solve the problem?

I have the same problem as you all: keyboard, touchpad and USB just won't work (even in the OS starting menu, so it is not a Windows problem).

Shall I go straight to the warranty server?

By the way: has anyone tried the International Travelers Warranty?
