Best place to obtain a new Laptop screen (600m - SXGA+)

Hello,

I recently broke my mother's Inspiron 600m 14.1-inch SXGA+ LCD laptop screen. Where is the best place to purchase a new Laptop screen at a low price? Dell wants $302.95 for a refurbished unit:

DELL Refurbished: 14.1-inch SXGA+ LCD Monitor with Service Kit
Manufacturer Part# R6313
Dell Part# R6313

I did not know that an LCD screen could be refurbished! Does anyone know how this is possible?

Any recommendations would be appreciated.

check ebay, you can usually find them for about $120. Don't spend 300 on one

The SXGA+ ones are hard to track. They list one at parts people for US$229 (http://www.parts-people.com/index.ph...1&prevstart=30) but unfortunately that is out of stock by the looks of it. Otherwise you would have to scour ebay or the like. In any case you are up for at the least US$200+

Refurbished one is likely pulled from returned unit or where LCD was replaced on old unit. It should be fine but if it is not you should be able to exhange/ refund it anyways.
