ok, I have a HP pavilion zv6000. I'vehad it for a while now, like almost two years. anyway, tere has been nothing wrong with it at all but now the sound doesn't work. when I click on the little speaker icon thing it says that there are no active mixer devices available and that I need to go into control panal and then add programs or something. I can't figure it out. oh, I recently uninstaled a few programs that I never used like norton etc. and I also defragged my comp for the first time as well. I don't know if that has anything to do with it or not. any help would be awesome.
